~ The other duelist makes a post by clicking 'Post Reply' (dont use quick reply) and uses the new Runner Race option that will show right below the box you type your new post in
~ who ever gets the icon right wins the race to the first corner and gets to go first.

one of the players must activate the speed world spell card at the beginning of the duel
Players must keep track of their own Speed Counters aswell *NEW*
