There has been some confusion on this in duels already so.....
Cards DO NOT negate unless they say negate in the effect.... just as cards only destroy other cards if it says so in the effect.
Negate DOES NOT mean destroy and destroy DOES NOT mean negate. get it in your head before dueling so ya dont get yelled at

ok i have no idea how to make a deck so can you tell me cuz im relly getting sivk of it and i wanna know how to duel and all that
